Plug in. It goes straight into a UK socket. No batteries, nothing to charge.
Auto. Leave the switch on auto and the light sensor does the rest: on when the room gets dark, off when it gets light.
Brightness. Press the button to choose from five levels, from a faint glow to enough to see by.
Everything about this one.
A dark hallway at three in the morning is no place to be feeling for a switch, and leaving the big light on all night isn't much better.
Sentra Night plugs into the wall and looks after itself. It comes on at dusk, goes off at dawn, and gives a warm glow you can see by without lighting up the whole house. Four in the box, for the hallway, the landing, the bathroom and the bedroom.
What it does
- A light sensor turns it on when the room gets dark and off when it gets light
- Five brightness levels, from a faint glow to enough to see by
- An auto · off · on switch. Leave it on auto and forget it
- Plugs straight into a UK socket, so there are no batteries to change and nothing to charge
Size
- 9.7cm tall, 5.6cm wide, 2.2cm deep
- Four lights in the box
There's no motion sensor on this one. For a light that comes on only when someone walks past, there's Sentra Step.
