Stick it up. Walk past. That's it.
Fit. Peel the backing off the adhesive pad, press the metal plate onto a clean, dry wall and set the light on it. It holds by magnet.
Walk. In the dark, it comes on when someone moves past and goes off again about 25 seconds after they've gone.
Charge. When the light starts to dim, lift it off the plate and charge it with the USB cable in the box. The maker quotes up to 4–6 months on a full charge with light use.

Charging
Each light has a built-in rechargeable battery. The maker quotes up to 4–6 months on a full charge, on auto with light use; a busy hallway will need charging sooner. When the light starts to dim, lift it off its plate and plug it in.
