What we sell

Everyday products intended to make life easier and safer for older adults and those caring for them.

Our products are not medical devices. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Medication organisers and reminders are aids to routine, not a substitute for a care plan. If you're unsure whether a product suits someone's prescription or circumstances, speak to a pharmacist or GP.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where we don't believe the product is suitable for the stated purpose.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel and refund in full.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including what they don't do. Photographs are illustrative; colours may vary between screens.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
