Shipping policy

Where we ship: UK addresses. If you're in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, email us before ordering and we'll confirm timings.

Cost: Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend.How long it takes

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 7–16 days from the day you order.

We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise next-day and disappoint you. Some of what we stock ships from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why the window is wider than a high-street retailer's. If you need something urgently, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within an hour of dispatch, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delivering to someone else

Most of our customers are buying for a parent or relative. You can enter a different delivery address at checkout. We never include a price, an invoice or promotional material in the parcel.

Import duties

Where goods ship from outside the UK, any import VAT or duty is covered by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

If it doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, email officialsentracare@outlook.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
